To coincide with the introduction of the no fault divorce laws in April 2022, which seeks to end the “blame game” and reduce the impact that allegations of blame can have on separating couples and, in particular, children, we have rolled out a fixed fee service for anyone wishing to start divorce proceedings from 6th April 2022 onwards.
